ACRA Net Screening Fee of $48, per applicant > 18 years of age

Security Deposit $1000.00 - $1800 per month depending on unit

Non-Refundable processing fee of $100, if application is approved for tenancy

Non-refundable pet deposit of $200, per dog plus $50 per month pet rent

Non-refundable carpet cleaning fee $150-$200 at move-in depending on unit
For all Dogs
Service and support animals require a statement from a health professional prior to occupancy of such animal. Minimum expectations for any pet or service or support animals includes:

Current State of Washington Licensing

Evidence of vaccinations

Evidence of the animal being spayed or neutered

Pet rent is $50 per pet, per month

Cats and other animals are not permitted
Renters Insurance
Tenant shall provide Renter’s Insurance covering Tenant’s personal property, Tenant’s liability for damage to Landlord’s property, and Landlord’s liability for any actions or omissions of Tenant. Tenant shall provide evidence of issuance and renewal of Renter’s Insurance in writing showing Landlord as Additional Insured, in the following amounts:
Personal property: $10,000
Personal liability: $300,000
